Dos Aguilas Olive Oil is creating a website for their Estate grown olive oil in Aptos, CA. As the story goes there were a nesting pair of Golden Eagles who made the majestic valley where Dos Aguilas Olive Oil grows their home the same year that Dos Aguilas started.  We are working on a new estate label for the next pressing one that can continue as the company grows.
